24/7 Manual Testing That Couldn’t Keep Up with Growth
The client’s online store needed to run smoothly 24/7 so customers could browse, add to cart, and complete purchases without issues. To ensure this, a team of 10 people manually checked key parts of the website day and night. But this process was costly, slow, and error-prone. To keep automation both safe and enterprise-ready, Zuci embedded Azure KeyVault to securely store and manage credentials used in testing. This not only eliminated the risk of data leaks but also allowed the client to expand automation across more areas of the site without worrying about compliance or security gaps. Automation wasn’t treated as a separate exercise; it became part of how the business released new features. By wiring the tests into Azure DevOps pipelines, every code change automatically triggered validation of the live site. The moment an update went live, the system confirmed that key journeys still worked as expected. Results flowed through Microsoft Graph API into the client’s existing communication channels, so alerts appeared in the tools teams already used, like email and Teams. This tight loop between development, testing, and business operations meant issues were resolved faster and with less disruption to customers.
