To support field operations in remote, low-connectivity sites, we deployed a Small Language Model (SLM) for offline processing. All site-level data captured through the app was securely synchronized to a centralized data warehouse. Built AI-assisted pipelines for smart ingestion and quality assurance
We automated field data processing through data pipelines powered by Hugging Face NLP models for transcription (voice-to-text), image tagging, and metadata enrichment. This reduced manual validation efforts, standardized unstructured inputs, and created a robust audit-ready dataset. Each data stream passed through an AI-powered scoring engine that generated “digital readiness” scores for every facility, highlighting modernization opportunities and identifying priority sites for resource optimization interventions.
Designed a Power BI command center for real-time ESG monitoring
To translate operational complexity into actionable intelligence, we built a Power BI dashboard acting as an ESG command center. By integrating directly with the AI pipelines and data warehouse, the dashboard provided real-time insights into energy use, waste reduction, and emission benchmarks. Centralized drill-down views allowed stakeholders to assess location-level trends, compare performance across facilities, and make timely data-driven adjustments to sustainability programs.
