The client, a leading provider of enterprise-wide case management software with a 20+ year track record and 700+ customers across Europe, was undertaking a large-scale migration of its flagship platform from server to web. For a product relied upon daily by corporate teams, the move had to be seamless both visually and functionally to protect customer trust. 

The migration raised a pressing question: how to ensure that everything customers were accustomed to would continue to look right, behave consistently, and remain intuitive in the new web environment?
