As part of its innovation strategy, client also provides AI-powered workflow orchestration platforms that support clients in high-stakes processes like RFP responses and bid submissions, where speed, reliability, and auditability directly influence revenue outcomes and client trust.
As the client expanded into AI-powered bid orchestration, enterprises quickly adopted it to manage time-sensitive RFP responses. The system pulled data from ERP, emails, and Microsoft Teams, while AI agents recommended strategies that helped clients respond faster and more effectively. With millions of dollars tied to each bid, clients expected submissions to be reliable, consistent, and audit-ready.
