About client

Our client is a leading global motorcycle manufacturer with a legacy of iconic designs and a rapidly expanding presence in domestic and international markets. Operating across 50+ countries, the company manages a complex network of manufacturing facilities, dealerships, and supply chains, all while ensuring consistent customer experience and operational reliability.

Business Challenge

Fragmented Testing Across Dynamics 365 and SAP That Was Affecting  Operational Continuity

For the client, every ride begins long before a customer touches the throttle. Behind the scenes, each journey moves through critical systems — Dynamics 365 for CRM and finance, SAP HANA for production planning, and SAP Fiori for dealer interactions. Every new order or service request must flow seamlessly across these platforms, because even the smallest mismatch can trigger cascading issues: incorrect dealer allocations, delivery delays, inventory gaps, or financial reconciliation errors.

With limited regression coverage and fragmented tools, QA couldn’t validate cross-system processes. Escaped defects led to delays, dealer frustration, and dissatisfied customers — putting revenue and brand reputation at risk

Testing became a bottleneck to growth. The client needed a way to ensure every process from the factory to the showroom, and finally to the customer all worked as one.

The Zuci Solution

Transforming QA Across Dynamics 365 and SAP with certified Tricentis experts

Understanding of complex cross-system workflows

We began by assessing the client’s enterprise landscape – spanning bookings, production, inventory, and finance – to map end-to-end workflows, expose coverage gaps, and pinpoint high-risk processes. This diagnostic assessment set the foundation for functional and performance automation

Implemented end-to-end functional automation with Tricentis Tosca

As a Tricentis implementation partner, Zuci designed and implemented Tosca-based automation tailored to client’s integrated landscape. Test cases were built to reflect actual business operations, with iterative pilot runs ensuring data accuracy and seamless process execution.

Validated system performance under load with Tricentis NeoLoad

Given the scale of client’s global operations and the volume of transactions across systems, performance bottlenecks impacted dealers and customers alike. We used Tricentis NeoLoad to simulate load, monitor system behavior, and identify performance issues early.

Rationalizing regression and prioritizing high-impact scenarios

With thousands of potential test scenarios, the team analyzed workflows to focus on processes with the greatest operational impact. Critical paths such as booking approvals, inventory synchronization, and finance reconciliations were automated first, reducing manual effort and ensuring faster, safer release cycles.

Consolidating QA onto a unified platform

Fragmented testing across multiple tools created overhead and slowed validation. Zuci carefully migrated test assets and workflows onto Tricentis platforms, integrated functional and performance testing, and trained QA teams on the new unified framework. This enabled efficient end-to-end validation of complex processes, giving client confidence in both operational readiness and scalability for global growth.
