The Business Challenge

  • Central Web-Based Admin Application to Empower Independent Management Admins and super-admins gained the ability to independently create, schedule, manage, or cancel events across all locations. Built-in dashboards provide visibility into daily, weekly, and monthly transactions, giving leadership complete control without relying on external vendors. 
     
  • Mobile App for Coaches to Deliver Consistent, Data-Backed Training 

Coaches access Android and iOS tools to track student performance, take notes, and manage rosters – ensuring consistent, data-backed coaching and better child progress tracking. 
 

  • Technology Foundation to Enable Global Scale and Seamless Payments 

Built on Microsoft Azure Cloud with Node.js and Express.js, the platform delivers scalability, while integrations with Authorize.Net and other payment providers simplify secure transactions. This positions the organization to expand globally without friction.
