The client’s mission is to maximize the economic well-being of every individual and every enterprise by providing complete access to ﬁnancial services in remote rural India.
With a range of sophisticated technologies supporting their success in delivering their services, the application was continually advancing, leading to frequent production releases. With no proper Quality Assurance at their end, the client had to accustom to the random change requests and ﬂow changes from their users.
The client had a complex architecture with too many dependencies, and they use APIs to bridge between the existing systems of record and the new systems of engagement. The lack of information on the data migration further intensiﬁed the problem.
