A year ago Zuci emerged from an idea. It lay its foundation in the business world of immense competition with much anticipation and little skepticism on building and establishing itself as a reliable company. Today, we are proud to announce that we stand stronger and firmer than before, and each day is a new challenge we surmount. The one year long journey has been an experience of its kind and we could not resist sharing this roller coaster ride.
From challenges to achievements, setbacks to successes, and hard work to celebrations, we at Zuci have continued to thrive!

The push of competition
There is something enthralling about competition, it brings the best out of an idea and of course, people. We are competing not only with the established names but also with those emerging with us. The rush is immense and a push is the key towards perseverance for sustenance. Gladly, Zuci has evolved as a key differentiator in testing space, in exploring and building solutions around Big Data, Machine Learning/ Analytics, Mobility, WCAG, Desktop Performance Testing, Scriptless automation etc. The problems from the past were converted to solutions for the future and few of them were made available as open source on GitHub.
Knock the cover off the ball
Expectations, be it internal or external, are nerve wracking! It’s great to fulfill set expectations, but it’s exhilarating to surpass what seems most of the times as “unrealistic expectations”. For such contesting times we built our in-house frameworks such as ZUNAS-FT (Zuci Framework for Functional Test Automation), ZUNAS-PT (Zuci Framework for Performance Testing), and ZUJYA (Framework for Big Data and Analytics) which played a vital role in accelerating our deliveries.
Adding a badge to our name, we also featured in a business and technology review magazine, that is, CIOReview’s list of 20 most promising software testing solution providers of 2017. It would not be wrong to say that we have not hesitated to walk the extra mile.
Together Everyone Achieves More
The first thing we build is not the product or infrastructure but a team. It was the foremost challenged we encountered. In the initial days owing to years of experience and consequential network we were able to have the confidence of friends and acquaintances in working with us. Soon after, the thumb rule of “the lowest interviewer gets the highest preference of opinion” was followed by the senior employees. This helped in getting us the like-minded and suitable people to work in and with teams. We owe and dedicate every magnitude of our success to the team who collaborated to bring Zuci here.

Henry Ford, the popular American entrepreneur and the founder of Ford Motor Company had hinted that we as companies build opportunities, but it’s the customers who pay wages. Understanding this major component of the business was crucial to Zuci. We have worked towards winning the trust as well as loyalty of the customers. By being reliable and available we as a team ensure all support to our customers. We keep customers well informed on every aspect of work.If required, we travel frequently to meet them to understand their challenges and to be clear on the scope of work. We believe in good communication to help be articulate and comprehensive to enable delivery of best services.
