The idea was to tap into the value created by individual artisans and emotionally connect it to the customers using the product. They believed that this would reduce the risk of buying unethically and unsustainably made products.
For this, there was a need for a powerful platform solution that will allow artisans and small enterprises to ensure production transparency. And by using such a platform, customers can find out how, when, where and by whom the product was made. Further, this can be shared by customers on social media.
In an effort to bring this business idea to life, the client partnered with Zuci to handle the technical side of things.
